The Blockchain Game Awards have returned for their second year with a new incarnation that recognizes the best gaming companies. The awards are organized by Blocksafe Alliance and will be held on November 27th, 2022 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Singapore. There are over 14 categories with $1,000 to be awarded to each winner which can be claimed after they have been vetted by a panel of judges. The awards aim to recognize and reward game developers who are using blockchain technology in innovative ways. Many of the entries come from game developers who use blockchain as part of their gameplay, or as a way to get items without paying cash. Other entries include projects that are leveraging real-world data to make games more immersive.
The winners will be announced on November 27th during Singapore’s inaugural Blockchain Week event series which is sponsored by DEx.top, NEM Foundation, and Hashed.

How to participate?
Registration for the competition is now open. To participate in the Blockchain Game Awards 2022 Play-To-Earn Edition, you need to submit a link to your game that you have at least five thousand downloads on one or more of the Google Play store, Apple App Store, and Steam. There are three categories in which the winner will be chosen: best content game, best narrative game, and best multiplayer game. A jury composed of members from the blockchain gaming industry will judge based on category-specific criteria such as gameplay experience, visual quality, and technological innovation. The prize money is worth USD 10 000 and winners will be announced at a gala event organized by Blockchain Gamer Connects on 27th November in Singapore.
